How to Apply for Transportation
Parents must register online before the start of school.
- Visit the Columbus City Schools Charter & Non-Public Transportation page.
- Use the link provided on that page to complete the online registration form.
- The CCS webpage also includes a helpful "How-To" video with step-by-step instructions.
What Happens Next?
- Route Notifications: CCS will send parents their bus route assignments during the summer.
- Eligibility Review: Registrations are reviewed to determine if transportation can be provided.
- Payment in Lieu: If transportation is deemed impractical (typically due to distance), the Office of Transportation will notify you directly.
